Speaker: Kathleen Covell, chef and owner of Chez Kathleen, will demonstrate a hands-on group cooking lesson. We will meet at a local teaching kitchen and break into small groups. Kathleen will demonstrate culinary techniques and discuss how to use herbs and local vegetables in season. We will prepare several recipes and have a tasting of our results! Bring an apron! $10 fee covers cost of ingredients.
